Rede2fix uses the information you share to respond to your repair request.

Information we store

Your name, phone, device model, problem description, language, date, and contact consent. We also record the link campaign and events such as page openings and clicks, with a random visit identifier. Scanning the QR does not reveal your phone number.

Use and access

Request details are available only to the authorized Rede2fix administrator account. Our site and database hosting providers process these details. Your request does not enroll you in promotional campaigns.

Analytics and preferences

Totals show page openings and clicks, not identified people. We save your language preference in this browser. To limit abuse, we use an identifier derived from the IP address that changes daily; the application database does not store the original IP. Hosting providers may retain their own technical logs.
